Wajsar Petr (bio_ENG)
He is interested in jazz, minimalism and orchestral music. As part of the HI-FI group, he is also a singer and songwriter and plays the bass guitar, and is composer, beatboxer, and keyboardist with EWaVe, which is a unique combination of an amplified string quarter, five-string violin synthesizers and female vocals. His full-length baler Maryša is currently being shown to great success at the Josef Kajetán Tyl Theater in Pilsen.
His composition "emitgaR" represented Czech Radio at the 5oth annual International Tribunal of Composers in 2003. In 2009, he received the 2008 Society for the Protection of the Rights of Music Authors and Publishers award for the most successful classical music composer under 30.
